Returns and Cancellation Policy

TOTAL SATISFACTION RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the Product for any reason, you may return the Product to Lono (686 East 110 South, Suite 102, American Fork, UT 84003) in its original condition and packaging on or within thirty (30) days of the original date of the purchase from Lono or an authorized dealer and receive a full refund, subject to Lono's Limited Warranty, Lono, in its sole discretion, will determine if the Product is in its original condition when returned.

No returns for a refund will be accepted following 30 days after original purchase date unless otherwise covered under Lono's limited warranty.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Upon placing an order through Lono's online store, the order can only be cancelled if it has not yet shipped.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Lono's Limited Warranty (https://lono.io/limited-warranty), Lono warrants that the Product will be free from material defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year (or two (2) years if the product was a Pre-Order (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale) or Customer contributed to the Kickstarter program) from the date of delivery following the original retail purchase (the “Limited Warranty Period”). A Product that is not free from defects in materials and/or workmanship is hereinafter referred to as a “Defective Product.” Subject to the terms set forth in Lono's Limited Warranty, Lono will either (i) repair or replace the Defective Product; or (ii) refund the money actually paid by the original purchaser less a twenty (20) percent reduction for restocking of the Defective Product.

    Really... A voicemail for tech support!

    Not good. I suspect you guys are not going to survive these early mistakes. This unit has to go back to Home Depot.

    You do NOT answer the phone.
    You do NOT answer email.
    Your software is still FULL of bugs.
    Your App does not work on the note3.

    But it is a pretty device. Too bad. Back to Bluespray.
