Once you’ve downloaded the app, there’s a slight chance you’ll have an issue onboarding your device. Here are some temporary troubleshooting tips:
- First things first, please ensure you’re satisfying Lono’s WiFi requirements
- Please check and make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device
- If the app does not recognize which zones are plugged in during onboarding, power cycle your device, then uninstall and reinstall the mobile application.
- If Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and unable to pair after having power cycled, check to confirm that a Lono device isn’t already recognized as paired from a previous attempt in your Bluetooth settings. If it is not, relaunch the app.
